Tim Cook from Apple sent an email to all of his employees about the ban on immigration. “… Diversity makes our team stronger.”
Our country is divided politically and culturally. But there is also a division between those that understand the positive impact of diversity in corporations, and those that may have never experienced it and that simply see “others” as a threat. We applaud giants like Apple, Google, Microsoft and Facebook for speaking out. The country needs immigration reform, not only as a matter of human rights but also because it is good for business.
